The Monaco Ambassadors Club Makes a Fresh Start
At present, completely independent and without any ties to other international organizations, the Monaco Ambassadors Club begins a new chapter under the Presidency of Mr. Alexander Moghadam, with the support of Mike Powers and a dynamic team.
A grand start of the season evening was organized on the 10th of September at the Salle Belle Époque in the Hotel Hermitage, with the presence of H.S.H. Prince Albert II. All of the Club members were reunited, as well as such notable guests as Mssrs. Stéphane Valéri, Paul Masseron, Jacques Boisson, General John Jayet, H.I.H. Prince Gholamreza Pahlavi, brother of the late Shah of Iran, Baron Jean-Léonard de Massy and his new bride, the Ambassadors of Italy and India, Sir Michael Smurfit and family, Michel Pastor, Sir Stelios Haji Ioannou, and Mrs Al Abood.
Peter K. Murphy, Ambassador of the Order of Malta, our guest speaker, presented a speech concerning the Foreign Policy of President Barack Obama. He made a detailed analysis of the relations established by the new American President since his arrival to the White House.
